Domestic Shipping 
We ship within 2-3 business day of order received, if the product is in stock. For custom orders and products that are backordered, the shipping timelines will be communicated when the order is confirmed.
Ideal delivery time: 5 - 7 business days. 

Sundays and public holidays are not set as business days for shipping & deliveries.

 
Domestic Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping: Depends on the weight/volume and postal code where the product needs to be shipped to.
Shipping within India is free for all orders above Rs. 5000
 
International Shipping
Ideal delivery time: 10 - 15 business days. 
International Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee of Rs 2000 is applied on all the orders at the checkout. 
 
- You will receive an email with a tracking number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse. 
 
- Please provide your mobile number and your complete shipping address including the pin-code to ensure smooth delivery of your order.
 
- For international orders, duties and taxes are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
 
- In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, Marama will unfortunately not be able to entertain a request for refund.
 
- It is not possible for us to deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Incase your order is not delivered within the estimated period, we suggest that you first check the order status. We also suggest that you check that the address you have provided for the delivery is correct. Deliveries are attempted 3 times before a return is initiated.

RETURNS
 

- All our products go through a quality check, and we hope that you never have a reason to return your purchase. 

 

- We have a 10-day return/exchange policy which means we offer a refund or exchange on any item if you have received a damaged or wrong product. Items purchased during a sale or with a promo code other than the 10% First purchase code are not eligible for returns.

- Please inform us as soon as possible to initiate return. Do NOT send the product till the return has been accepted.

- Once the package has been delivered to us and the product is found to be in satisfactory condition, we will issue the refund on your original payment method within five business days. We will send you an email confirming your refund. Please remember it can take 4-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

- International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange.

- Due to merchandise restrictions, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds of goods that have been purchased from our stockists.
